Halloween Exam?

The lessons about how to attend to customers in a restaurant look like theater rehearsals. I play the guest, and I am as demanding as possible. Let's be honest: I am obnoxious.
We work in a unique restaurant: one with a blackboard on which I write the polite and defusing answers my student is supposed to give.
He also has to learn the names of the ingredients, and to pronounce them. The half vowel in "citrouille" is challenging. "Potiron" has a nasal vowel.
Don't laugh. You will have to as well.
